Deb served on the Board of Directors for 2 years before becoming CEO in December of 2016. She brings 30+ years of healthcare & management experience to the team.

Leadership
Lisa has been with the team since our humble beginnings in 2009 and played a pivotal role in opening the dental clinic. She graduated from Colby Community College in 1991. Lisa is our office manager and also handles all insurance and billing.

Tammi joined us in August of 2009 providing dental hygiene services in the office as well at our outreach. She is our outreach coordinator and visits sites including area schools, nursing homes, and assisted living centers in Northwest Kansas.

Clinic
Roxaana has been with RCDC since 2017! As the lead dental assistant, Roxy has become a crucial part of the team! She is also bilingual which helps greatly when serving Spanish-speaking patients.
Colette, RDH, ECP-II
Colette joined the team in 2023, bringing over 30 yeras of clinical experience! She has since acquired her ECP-I & ECP-II, and is taking the courses to get her ECP-III in Spring 2024
Yamiley joined our team as a dental assistant in 2022. Yami is also bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
Priscilla joined us in 2022 as a part-time assistant to gain experience as she prepares and applies for dental hygiene school. Priscilla's passion for dental and bilingual skills help her excel in her professional development.
Front Office
Jolene is the front desk receptionist at Rawlins County Dental Clinic. She has been on the team since January of 2017. She is a business education graduate of K-State University.
Lee came on board in 2022 and works in the Front Office. She has quickly become a valued team member!
