To that end, RCDC has already become a preferred provider for most insurance companies including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Delta Dental, and Kansas Medicaid for adults and children and many more. If you have questions on whether we are a preferred provider for your insurance, please contact your insurance company.
Sliding Fee Scale
We also offer a sliding fee scale based on your income. Download our sliding fee scale application below and return it to our office with 3 months proof of income. You can also call our office at 785-626-8290 and request a copy to be mailed or stop by 515 State St. in Atwood, KS to pick one up in person.
